"I don't think my patients should have to wait 17 years for evidence to reach everyday practice."
What patients say
Google Reviews
I've seen several physiotherapists in my life and most treat the issues at hand. None have done a full diagnostic — that was until I visited Tatjana.
A fresh approach to a chronic pain issue.
Gradually, I regained mobility, which led me to feeling less anxious and developing a real love for exercise.
She didn't just do a standard treatment. She actually focused on my problem.
I finally felt heard and seen.
About Tatjana
Hi, I'm Tatjana. I finished my first degree as a physiotherapist in Germany in 2013 and since completed a 2-year Hatha Yoga training (2014–2016). After working in a rehabilitation centre for orthopaedic conditions, I travelled and worked in Australia and Argentina before returning to study. I hold a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from Thim van der Laan University (2021–2024) and hold an M.Sc. in Neurorehabilitation. Additional training includes Manual Lymphatic Drainage, the Bobath Concept, and Cognitive Functional Therapy.
I specialize in chronic and complex conditions, including neurological diagnoses. Understanding how the nervous system drives pain, movement, and recovery is central to everything I do.
Research suggests it takes an average of 17 years for evidence to reach everyday clinical practice. I don't think my patients should have to wait that long. That's why I treat every person as a case study — with measurable outcomes, individual assessment, and treatment grounded in current evidence rather than habit.
I take time to listen, look for the actual cause, and work with my patients — not just on them. When I don't have the answer, I find it. I research, and have a network of trusted specialists. You don't have to navigate the system alone, because I'm here to advocate for you.
About Physio IPM
IPM was founded on a straightforward premise: that good physiotherapy requires the right environment — for patients and therapists alike. A place where health comes first, where patients are taken seriously, and where therapists have the conditions to do their work properly and be passionate about it.
From that foundation in Mannheim, a second location followed in Kaiserslautern — driven by demand from people there who wanted access to the same standard of care.
The Barcelona practice continues that same philosophy, now for an international community. We're looking forward to welcoming you in one of our practices.
